Extended Rate Lock

CMG Financial’s partnership with Freddie Mac gives us the opportunity to allow credit docs to remain valid for up to 180 days, to secure financing for up to 6 months of construction. A longer timeline allows for greater flexibility during the construction process and gives our builder partners the security of starting and finishing the house without financing fallout.
